Ⅰ.个人简介
王志坚,男,汉族,四川南充人,1969年11月生,中共党员,博士,教授。新疆和田学院党委副书记、院长,西南大学生命科学学院兼职教授,博士生导师,重庆市学术带头人(水产),中国鱼类学会副理事长。
曾经担任西南大学生命科学学院院长、水产学院院长、人力资源部部长、党委教师工作部部长、机关党委书记、西藏农牧科学院副院长(博士服务团挂职)、西南大学党委常委、副校长。
曾兼任三峡库区生态环境与生物资源省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地主任、淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室主任、农业农村部长江上游水生生物多样性保护研究中心主任、水产科学重庆市重点实验室主任、水产经济动物资源保护与种质创制重庆市重点实验室主任。
曾兼任中国动物学会常务理事、中国鱼类学会理事、重庆动物学会秘书长、理事长、重庆市水产学会常务理事。
长期从事动物资源开发利用,动物多样性及保护等方面的教学和科研工作,主要研究兴趣为鱼类资源保护、开发利用。主持各类项目100余项,主编副主编专著10余部,在PNAS,Aquaculture,Frontiers in Zoology,Frontiers in Marine Science ,Current Zoology,Animal,Gigascience, Comparative biochemistry and physiology,Biology of Reproduction ,Journal Fish Biology ,D-Genomics & proteomics,Fish Physiology and Biochemistry,Aquaculture Research,环境科学,水产学报,水生生物学报,长江流域资源与环境,中国水产科学等学术刊物以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文160余篇,获得重庆市自然科学一等奖1项(排名第四),四川省科学技术进步三等奖(排名第五),以第一完成人获得发明专利1项、实用新型专利3项。
Ⅱ. 教学工作
主持重庆市教改项目1项,动物生物学国家级网络精品课程现任负责人,领衔《动物学》获得重庆市一流课程(2020)和国家一流课程(2025)。获重庆市优秀教学成果二等奖2项(分别排名第二、第四)、三等奖1项(排名第三)。主编(排名第二和第四)教材2部,发表教改论文10余篇。
